Our Household, Commercial and Industrial transfer station is open for business.
The site is located at Park House, Park Road, Bury, BL9 5BQ.
We operate this site under our bespoke site permit issued by the Environment Agency; Permit EPR WE3118AA V004.
Full weighbridge and office facilities on site can handle both imports and exports and our trained staff ensure wastes are handled, treated, and stored correctly.
We can accept wastes that will ultimately be spread on land to fit in with field stockpiling or spreading requirements. Please contact us for more information on the wastes we recover to land under deployment with our mobile plant permits for land spreading or land reclamation.
We are continuing our aggregate production at Park Road, accepting material for screening, and crushing as feedstock for recycled 6F2. Delivered by our own tipper wagons, we can supply recycled aggregate material to meet your requirements.
We are fully committed to supporting the waste hierarchy and our systems allow the effective and safe, sorting and storage of waste materials. This enables us to maximise the reuse, recycling, and recovery of these waste materials.
Where waste requires transporting over longer distances, we bulk it up and load it into bulk haulage vehicles improving the transport efficiency and reducing traffic emissions.
Waste Import
For all recycling operations the main issue is contamination in loads.
By keeping segregated waste loads clean, producers can improve recycling and reduce their own costs.
Park House can accept and recycle demolition sourced wastes as long as waste producers ensure no hazardous contamination is present.
Park House Services are committed to a zero-landfill policy with the organic wastes we receive.
