At Park House Services we believe in recycling nutrients and organic material back to the land, improving the soil nutrient status, feeding the soil and the crop. We apply wastes to our own land to replace artificial fertilisers and see the benefits ourselves as farmers.
Park House Services holds an environmental permit for the land spreading of waste materials on land for soil and crop benefit. The standard rules permit issued by the Environment Agency is managed by our WAMITAB and FACTS qualified team.
We can also look at improving your land, soil depth and profile improvement, land levelling for drainage to extend mowing areas or bring areas back into production. We hold an environmental permit for the reclamation, restoration or improvement of land using wastes.
We manage any soil sampling requirements for your land, from on-farm pH testing for lime applications to nutrients and waste deployment application requirements by an accredited laboratory. Our team can provide nutrient advice based on your results and our experience.

We hold an Environmental Mobile Plant Permit for the reclamation, restoration or improvement of land using wastes, managed by our WAMITAB and FACTS qualified team.
Soil depth and profile improvements for drainage or improving water retention; land levelling and reclamation to improve productivity for example; the extension of mowing areas or to bring areas of shallow workings back into production.
All the waste soils for the reclamation, restoration or improvement operations are sourced from our own inert waste transfer station, screened to 40 or 20mm, tested by an independent laboratory.
